The Basics
- sit (from a stand, and from lying down)
- lie down (close by and from a distance. working on while-moving)
- stay [well... he seems to weigh the relative benefits of staying & going...]
- come
- stand (working on this)
Basic Tricks
- roll-over
- speak
- shake (from sit, stand, stand-up, or lying down)
- stand-up
- turn (away from me, whichever side he's on)
- touch (touch your nose to your target object)
- go to bed
- hurry up! (and pee, please?)
Special Tricks
- "dance" (stand up on hind legs, turn in a circle... gently! stop bouncing!)
- belly crawl
- sit-up (keep that butt on the floor!)
- go get the (usually he figures "anything" means
"ball", so this needs some work)
- "passenger seat"/"back seat" - car commands
- put your head down
- hug (he prefers this be conbined with "kisses", but i prefer without...)
- hup! (jump over something, or through something)
- up on the chair! (ok. he's spoiled)
New... in process
- "put the ball on my foot" [the goal is for him to gently
leave the ball balanced on my shoe, so i can kick it up to him to
catch. we're up to "lay on my foot and chew the ball", and
sometimes, "drop the ball and bounce it on my foot." i think we're
gonna get this one, though!]
- "take a bow"
- left hand/right hand
- back up
